PAZ has officially launched the PAZ Super Site Program, an initiative representing more than 5,000 acres of developable industrial property and approximately 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing and industrial space across the organization’s 10 county service region along the Ohio River.
What makes this especially significant is that PAZ currently manages and maintains just shy of 1 million square feet of manufacturing and industrial property directly, with all but approximately 5,000 square feet currently leased. That level of occupancy reflects both the continued demand for industrial space in the region and the growing momentum surrounding manufacturing and economic development throughout West Virginia.
The initiative builds on ongoing collaboration between PAZ, local economic development organizations, and the West Virginia Division of Economic Development to strengthen site readiness, support existing manufacturers, and position the region competitively for future industrial investment.
As PAZ President Keith Burdette shared, the organizations focus remains on removing barriers for companies looking to locate or expand in West Virginia by ensuring sites, infrastructure, acreage, and industrial assets are prepared and ready for development.
From existing industrial facilities to future build ready sites, the PAZ region continues positioning itself as one of the most competitive manufacturing corridors in the Appalachian region.
